Sectional Analysis

Matthew Then if any you says Behold here the Christ or Here not do-believe. will-rise-up For false-christs and false-prophets and they-will give-signs great and wonders so-as to-cause-to-err if possible even the elect. Behold I-have-before told-you. If then they-say to-you Behold in the desert he-is Not do-go-forth behold in the private-rooms Not do-believe. as For the lightning coms-forth from east and shines as-far-as west so will-be also the coming of Son of Man. whoever For if may be the carcase there will-be-gathered the vultures.
Mark And then if any you says Behold here the Christ or Behold there not do-believe. will-rise-up For false-christs and false-prophets and they-will give-signs and wonders so-as to-lead-astray if possible even the elect. you But look-out. Behold I-have-before told-you all.
Luke (no parallel)

Here we see that both Matt and Luke have done some redacting. Luke has left out Mark's material, perhaps because his Roman reader would find it unintelligible. Also Matt has collected some of his material topically; much of what is here and in what follows, we find in Luke 17 in a different discourse. We may also suspect that Peter has shortened the discourse, since his native Roman readers need no warning against looking for Christ in the Judaen desert or household.

Matthew Immediately And after the affliction of days those the sun will-be-darkened and the moon not will-give the light of-her and the stars will-fall (4098) from the heaven and the powers in heavens will-be-shaken. And then will-appear the sign of Son of Man in the heavens and then will-wail all the tribes of land and they-will-see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and glory much. And he-will-send the angels of-him with trumpet sound great and they-will-gather the elect of-him out of four-winds from the ends heavens to ends them.
Mark But in those the days after the affliction that the sun will-be-darkened and the moon not will-give the light of-her and the stars of heaven will-be falling (1601) and the powers in the heavens will-be-shaken. And then they will-see the Son of Man coming in clouds with power much and glory. And then he-will-send the angels of-him and they-will-gather the elect of-him out of four-winds from the end earth until end of heaven.
Luke And will-be signs in sun and moon and stars And on the earth anxiety nations in perplexity sound sea and surf fainting men from fear and expectation of things-coming on inhabited-earth the for powers of heavens will-be-shaken. And then they-will-see the Son of Man coming in cloud with power and glory much. beginning And these to-happen stand-erect and lift-up the heads of-you because draws neat redemption of-you.

Luke has again done some interpreting for intelligibility; the "why" of that we explore here. Mark and Matt are so similar that any dependence is possible, though the slight changes of order and a different word for "falling" points to a common source in Aramaic and against direct copying, for oral transmission. It is likely that Peter (and Luke) would remove the "tribes" reference for his Roman audience; but it is also possible that Matt had added this from elsewhere based on Jesus' teachings from Zechariah.

Matthew from And the fig-tree learn the parable When now the tender-shoot of-it becomes tender and the leaves it-puts-out (1631) you know that near is summer so also you when you-see all these know that near it-is on doors. Truly I-say to-you not at-all passes-away the generation this until should all these occur. The heavens and the earth will-pass-away the but words of-me not at-all may-pass-away. about But the day that and the hour no-one knows neither the angels of heavens except but the Father of-me only. as But the days of Noah so will-be also the coming of Son of Man. as For they were in days the before the flood, eating and drinking marrying and giving-in-marriage until which day entered Noah into the ark and not knew until came the flood and took all so will be the coming of Son of Man. Then two will-be in the field the one is-taken-away and the one is-left; two grinding in the mill one is-taken-away and one is-left. Watch then because not you-know on what hour the Lord of-you is-coming.
Mark from And the fig-tree learn the parable When of-it now the branch tender becomes and puts-out the leaves you know that near the summer is. So also you when these you-see happening know that near it-is on doors. Truly I-say to-you that in no-way will-pass-away generation this until for all these occur. The heaven and the earth will-pass-away the but words of-me in no-way will-pass-away. about But day that and the hour no-one knows neither the angels the in heaven nor the Son except the Father. Look-out! Be-wakeful and pray! not you-know For when the time is. As man going-away leaving the house of-him and giving to slaves of-him the authority and to-each the work of-him and the doorkeeper he-ordered that he-should-watch You-watch then not you-know for when the lord of house comes evening or midnight or cock-crowing or dawn not-coming suddenly he-find you sleeping. what And to-you I-say, to-all I-say, Watch!
Luke And he-told parable to-them. You-see the fig-tree and all the trees when they sprout-leaves now seeing from yourselves you know near the summer is so also you when you-see these occurring know that near is the Kingdom of God. Truly I-say to-you In no-way will-pass-away the generation this until should all occur. The heaven and the earth will-pass-away the but words of-me in no-way will-pass-away.

It's the same: Matthew has some topical redacting, as what we find there, we find in Luke in Chapters 12 and 17. Luke 21:34-38 has no direct parallel anywhere else.

Ur-Matthew Reconstruction
