James Patrick Holding

Job 38:22 Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail,

Is this verse scientifically inaccurate, referring to a place where snow and hail are stored for later use? Only if you read it, literally and the surrounding verses suggest that one should not:

38:8-11 Who shut the sea behind doors, when it burst forth from the womb, when I made the clouds its garment and wrapped it in thick darkness, when I fixed limits for it, and set its doors and bars in place, when I said, "This far you may come and no farther; here is where your proud waves halt"?

38:25 Who cuts a channel for the torrents of rain, and a path for the thunderstorm...

Read the entirety of Job 38 and decide whether a literal interpretation is warranted! This is Dead Poets Society, not Wild Discovery!
